A: We will provide you with our existing sample to check the quality, but shipping costs must be covered by you. We can also make new samples according to your requirements if you cover the sample fee. The sample cost is refundable once your bulk order quantity reaches our requested minimum.
A: Yes. We have a professional design team. Simply share your ideas with us and we will help carry them out. If you do not have completed files, you can send us high-resolution images, and we can design the layout you want.
A: After the sample charge is paid and layout approval is finalized, samples will usually be ready for delivery within 7 days. Samples are dispatched via express. You can use your own express account or prepay us if you do not have an account.
A: The lead time depends on the order quantity and the products required. Generally, we suggest starting inquiries at least one month in advance.
